My Butter Chicken Recipe in 4 Steps!

Ingredients:

1 large onion diced

5-6 garlic cloves diced

7oz tomato paste

2 tbsp fresh ginger

3/4 heavy cream

2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes.

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1.5 tbsp butter

Spices:

1 tbsp masala

1.5 tbsp curry

1 tbsp paprika

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp turmeric

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp ground black pepper

salt, as desired

Instructions: This Is How I Make My Butter Chicken Recipe

Step 1: chop up the onion, garlic, and fresh ginger as small as you want.

Step 2: heat the vegetable oil and butter in a pot (I usually use my Instant pot to save time). Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Let sear until lightly brown.

Step 3: Add the tomato paste and stir for 3-4 minutes. Add the chicken with 1 cup of water (if you feel it needs more water, add). Mix well and then add the spices. Let the chicken cook well.

Step 4: Once the chicken is fully cooked, add the heavy cream. Stir well and leave till it starts boiling. Finally, adjust the salt and pepper.

Serve with rice. Enjoy!
